KeyDocs is committed to best practices in relation to the management of information with relevant data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme or other applicable laws.

If you are only a visitor to our website, please know that we do not collect any personal data before you request a demo of KeyDocs.
From the moment you request a demo of KeyDocs, we start collecting data. Sometimes you provide us with data, sometimes data about you is collected automatically.
Your name, email address, phone, company, job title, industry, organisation size or any other details that you voluntarily provide us.
Your data sources & destinations, types of data, business processes, hosting location, security measures, etc.
Your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, geolocation information about where you might be, operating system and version, etc.
Your URL clickstreams (the path you take through our site), pages viewed, page response times, download errors, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages, how often, and other actions.
We only collect the information listed above at the current moment. We ensure that we do not collect any sensitive personal data, such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or any other data considered sensitive under privacy regulations.
We only use your data for the purpose it was collected, in accordance with the privacy regulations mentioned in the introduction. The following are the reasons for which we process your data:

Notifying you of any changes to our service, solving issues via live chat support, phone or email including any bug fixing.

If you wish to access your data, please contact us in writing. KeyDocs will not charge any fee for any access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your data. We may require identification from you before releasing the requested data.
If your personal data changes or if we have recorded data incorrectly, you are welcome to get in touch with us at support@keydocs.io to correct this.
You can object to us using your data for profiling or making assumptions about you. We may use your data to determine whether we should let you know information that might be relevant to you (for example, tailoring emails to you based on your behaviour). Otherwise, the only circumstances in which we will do this is to provide the KeyDocs service to you
We will give you a copy of your data in CSV or JSON format so that you can provide it to another service. If you ask us and it is technically possible, we will directly transfer the data to the other service for you. However, we will not fulfil these requests if they require disclosing information about another individual without the appropriate rights.
You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for purposes of your use of KeyDocs.
